I understand the failure to reveal any prior employer or giving false or misleading information by me on any part of this Application for Employment can result in disqualification for employment consideration or, if hired, may be grounds for termination from the company or its subsidiaries. I understand that, if hired, I shall be employed “at will” and that nothing contained in Sogno Restaurant’s employment application, personnel policies, or other written documents, nor any oral statements made by Sogno Restaurant’s representatives in connection with my application for employment or at any other time, shall constitute an express or implied contract.
